Upright Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, PC was established in 2004 by Dr Tina
Solola, PT, DPT, CSCI, C/NDT, with the primary objective of providing highly skilled,
comprehensive, and cost-effective rehabilitation service that is patient-oriented.

Meet Your Therapist
Dr Tina Solola is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience.
Her caring touch and compassionate attitude has given hope and relief from pain and
discomfort to all her patients. She graduated with a professional degree in physical
therapy from the prestigious College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She earned
her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree with emphasis in Orthopedic Manual therapy
from the University of St. Augustine in Florida.
Dr Solola is NDT Certified in the management and treatment of adults with hemiplegia.
She is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Instructor, and a Certified Kinesiotaping
Practitioner. She is proficient in the management of spinal and extremity dysfunctions
Dr Solola is a certified Clinical Instructor and a volunteer speaker for the Arthritis
Foundation. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Illinois
Physical Therapy Association, Illinois Network of Independent Physical Therapist,
Kinesiotaping Association, and Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association.
